I recently had a very good stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff and management were exceptionally hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort even during a challenging situation. They provided us with extra bedding at no extra cost and even helped us navigate the city during a curfew. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail, such as guiding us to nearby restaurants during a shutdown, was impressive.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and there's really nothing to complain about.

As for me, what made my stay here most enjoyable was the hotel's staff: they were all incredibly polite and courteous no matter what issue I needed help with. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for me as it was right in front of the medical college, and there were plenty of transportation options nearby that made it easy for me to get to where I needed to go. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me; the rooms were regularly tidied and kept well-maintained.

Upon arrival, we had a warm welcome from the staff. the location was central, making it easy to find plenty of local restaurants. the room was comfortable with two complementary bisleri bottles and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. we appreciated the knowledgeable staff, who provided useful tips about the local area.

The biggest issue was the parking's approach road, which was in poor condition. the hotel offers no in-house food options and charges for everything, including checking in just an hour early.
